For ECU with two LEDs, You will now need to determine the type of system the vehicle has. 1. Make sure the diagnostic mode connector is turned fully anti-clockwise or the slide switch is OFF. 2. Turn the ignition on and ensure that the LED's are ON. 3. Turn the mode selector fully clockwise (or the slide switch ON).
Two LEDs
If the LED's flashing is synchronised select 'System A'.
Locations: Under the drivers seat.
Under the passengers seat.
Under the drivers side kick panel.
Under the passengers side kick panel.
Above the passengers side kick panel.
In the center console.
Under passengers floor carpet or flap in carpet.
The EFI computer will either have One or Two LEDs as depicted in the diagram
